With Spanish Cauliflower Rice
We’re paying homage to one of the greatest culinary creations! There’s a lot to taco ’bout here, but we’ll keep it simple: these tacos are very delicious and super filling.
These tacos bring the heat, but in subtle way that doesn’t leave you panting and in need of water. The great thing about these tacos is that there is no right way to assemble them. Enjoy the Spanish-style riced cauliflower on the side, or add a little to each taco. We just have one suggestion: don’t forget to use the salsa! It’s bright, citrusy, and it has avocado!
